Weeknight Stir Fry

The truth is, this recipe is really more of a suggestion. Throw in fresh produce, your fridge leftovers, or even a bag of frozen veggies as needed and let Ginger Tingle do the heavy lifting on flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Bell Peppers (sliced)

  • Green onion (chopped)

  • Broccoli (Cut into florets)

  • Garlic Cloves (2, peeled)

  • Sugar Snap Peas

  • Mushrooms (sliced)

  • Magpie’s Ginger Tingle

  • Cooking oil

  • Pepper

  • Sesame seeds (garnish)

Optional:

  • White rice (side)

Directions:

  • Clean and chop vegetables.

  • Heat cooking oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add whites of green onion to pan and soften, 2-3 minutes. Once softened, add Magpie’s Ginger Tingle as your flavor base.

  • Add in vegetables, increase heat slightly, add black pepper, and stir frequently.

    • Note: if you prefer your vegetables a bit softer, feel free to cover for 1-2 minutes to steam.

  • Once vegetables are done cooking, turn off heat, sprinkle sesame seeds over top and serve over rice.
